User Agreement
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This User Agreement applies to businesses that create or use a Nalah account. By creating an account or using Nalah for your business, you agree to it. If you act for a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
Your customers remain subject to your own class, cancellation, refund and other customer terms. Nalah is not a party to the agreement between you and your customers.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep login details secure and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account and for ensuring that anyone you authorise follows this agreement.
You must not use Nalah unlawfully, fraudulently, to infringe another person's rights, to distribute harmful code, to interfere with the service, or to access information without permission.
Your business and information
You are responsible for your classes, services, content, customer communications, pricing, taxes, cancellations, refunds and compliance with applicable laws. You must have the rights and permissions needed to give information to Nalah and allow us to process it.
If you ask customers for health or other sensitive information, you must limit collection to what you lawfully need, provide any required notice and obtain any required consent. You remain responsible for your booking questions and your use and disclosure of customer information.
You retain ownership of information and content you provide. You give Nalah a non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service and meet our legal obligations.
Subscriptions
Subscription prices, billing periods and any trial are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the available billing controls, and paid access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping your subscription payment details current.
Connected payment providers
Nalah may let you connect an account with Square, PayPal, Stripe Connect or another payment provider. You authorise Nalah to exchange account, transaction and status information with the provider as needed to connect the account, process or reconcile payments and refunds, provide support, and prevent fraud.
Your payment-provider account belongs to you and is governed by your separate agreement with that provider. You are responsible for its setup, verification, security, permissions and compliance, together with provider fees, reserves, holds, disputes, chargebacks, refunds and taxes.
The provider controls approval, payment processing, settlement, availability and access to funds. Nalah is not a bank, payment provider, funds custodian or guarantor and cannot guarantee provider approval, continuous availability or settlement. Provider restrictions, outages or account action may prevent Nalah from offering payment functions.
You must deal fairly and promptly with customer payment issues. Disconnecting or changing an account may affect new payments and some provider operations, while records of earlier transactions may be retained.
Nalah's service
We may improve, change or discontinue features and may use third parties to operate Nalah. We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every business need.
Nalah and its licensors own the service, software, branding and related intellectual property. This agreement gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active. It does not transfer ownership of Nalah's intellectual property.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, non-payment, a provider restriction, risk to others or a material breach of this agreement. Where practical, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to address the issue.
You may stop using Nalah and cancel your subscription at any time. On termination, your right to use Nalah ends, but provisions intended to continue will survive. We may retain or delete information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
Responsibility and liability
Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nalah excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data. Nalah's total liability arising from the service or this agreement is limited to the fees you paid Nalah during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You indemnify Nalah against third-party claims and reasonable losses arising from your classes or services, your content or customer information, your breach of law or this agreement, or your use of a payment provider, except to the extent caused by Nalah's negligence or wilful misconduct.
Changes and contact
We may update this agreement as Nalah and its providers change. We will publish the updated agreement here and, where practical, give reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use Nalah after a change takes effect means you accept the updated agreement.
